Time Commitment: The course consists of 74 hours of virtual classroom instruction, plus asynchronous work and assignments.
Live virtual classroom sessions will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-4:00 PM EDT on the following dates.

Attendance: Attendance by participants will be tracked. Participants will be allowed 3 absences with sufficient notice to instructors. More than 3 absences will result in removal from the program.
Evaluation: Participants must complete all written and oral assignments and receive satisfactory evaluations on them in order to receive a certificate of completion
Content: The program will cover all aspects of the ethics program including advice and counsel, public and confidential financial disclosure, ethics agreements and cautionary memos, program management and leadership, and strategic communications and training.
Who Should Apply: Individuals with limited ethics experience who have expressed an interest in rapidly developing their skills in order to be able to support all areas of the ethics program. Legal education is not required, and those employees who do not have formal legal education are strongly encouraged to apply.
