Seeking and Negotiating for Employment: 18 USC 208 and STOCK Act overview (MOOC)

As we approach the Presidential transition, many employees are beginning to look for jobs outside of the federal government. In order to provide the best possible advice to those seeking non-federal employment, we must be fluent in the laws and regulations governing seeking and negotiating for employment outside of government.  Please join us for a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) devoted to advising employees on Subpart F of the Standards of Ethical Conduct and 18 USC section 208 dealing with seeking and negotiating for employment.
