Increased Visibility into the Reports Available from OGE by Request

June 30, 2023

Starting today, all financial disclosure reports (new entrant, annual, termination, and periodic transaction reports) OGE has had for more than 30 days will be visible in the Officials’ Individual Disclosures Search Collection and in the online system to request public financial disclosure reports. This means that all reports available to request from OGE will be listed online, irrespective of certification status. If a report has not yet been closed by OGE, by either certifying or declining to certify the report, the report will be labeled, “Pending Final OGE Disposition”.

Although these reports were always available to request, OGE is making this change to increase transparency and ease of access.  You can see what reports are available in Officials’ Individual Disclosures Search Collection.
