OGE Publishes Summary and Individual Agency Responses to the CY24 Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire

OGE oversees the executive branch ethics program, in part, by requiring all 143 agencies to submit data annually about the health of their ethics programs.

This summary report is a compilation of 143 agencies’ responses to OGE’s CY24 Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire. The report provides insight into the resources used to implement the executive branch ethics program as well as the aggregate numbers and compliance rates for each of the main program areas designed to prevent, detect, and resolve conflicts of interest.
