This presentation concludes a two-part discussion on ethics authorities specific to noncareer employees. When counseling your employees, it is essential to consider what type of employee is asking for advice, and whether any ethics authorities apply specially or uniquely to that particular class. Part I provided an overview of the ethics authorities that apply to noncareer employees. In Part II, we will explore the following topics in greater detail:
