OGE's Risk Management Philosophy for PAS Nominees

In this session, David Apol, Heather Jones, and Deborah Bortot of OGE discussed key concepts from Legal Advisory (LA)-23-15, U.S. Office of Government Ethics Review of Nominees for Presidentially Appointed, Senate-Confirmed Positions, and objectives of the nominee process. In addition, key nominee program resources and upcoming nominee training were highlighted.
