On September 9th, Max Stier will deliver a keynote address on the importance of ethical leadership in the executive branch at the National Government Ethics Summit. Mr. Stier is the President and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to revitalizing the federal government by inspiring a new generation to serve and by transforming the way government works. Prior to leading the Partnership for Public Service, he held positions in all three branches of the federal government.
