Employee Ethics Training: Prepare for Success, Instructor Approaches for Better Ethics Training

In this interactive 60 minute distance learning event, facilitators will walk you through a series of exercises designed to help you prepare yourself to confidently and effectively deliver ethics training.  We will discuss setting instructor objectives, best practices for developing speaking notes, how to effectively elicit audience participation, how your posture and position can change classroom dynamics, and many other tips to help you enjoy delivering training. 

This event is the second of several we will host this year to help ethics officials improve ethics training in the executive branch.
