In this two part video series the instructor introduces the basic concepts of 5 CFR § 2635.702(a)-(d): Use of Public Office for Private Gain. Part 1 covers inducement or coercion of benefits; the appearance of government sanctions; endorsements; and performance of official duties affecting a private interest. The Part 2 is a debrief of the practical exercise set up in Part 1.
