In this two part series the instructor introduces basic concepts of 18 U.S.C. § 208: Conflicts of Interest. The first video covers how you can identify a potential violation by introducing a basic factual scenario with variations of the scenario to help issue-spot criminal conflicts. The second video is a debrief of the scenarios and appropriate remedies set up in video 1.
