Do you know how your ethics program resourcing compares to that of other programs in similarly sized agencies? In this broadcast, OGE shares data from the 2017 Annual Agency Ethics Program Questionnaire that you can use to benchmark your program against similarly sized agencies. Key ratios are discussed, such as the ratio of the number of full-time employees to the number of full-time equivalent ethics officials, the ratio of the amount of public and confidential financial disclosure reports to the number of ethics officials, and the ratio of the number of employees required to receive training to the number of ethics officials. During the presentation, OGE also discusses how you can use these ratios to assess and strengthen your ethics program.
