In this three-part course, Institute for Ethics in Government instructors introduce the confidential financial disclosure system, the OGE Form 450, and the review and certification process.

Part 1 provides an overview of the disclosure system, including its purpose, who is required to file, the types of reports and deadlines, and agency procedures.

Part 2 covers reporting requirements and serves as an introduction to the OGE Form 450.

Part 3 provides guidance for conducting reviews, including information on certification requirements, how to review, review timeframes, the tools of review, annotations, and reviewer’s notes.
