In preparation for the upcoming 2020 Confidential Financial Disclosure filing season, the Institute for Ethics in Government is hosting a 3-part introduction to the Confidential Financial Disclosure system, the OGE Form 450, and the review and certification process.

Schedule: December, 12^th, 17^th and 19^th from noon until 1:00 PM eastern time.

Part 1    December 12^th – An overview of the disclosure system: its purpose, who is required to file, types of reports and deadlines, agency procedures

Part 2    December 17^th – Reporting requirements: an introduction to the OGE Form 450

Part 3    December 19^th – Guidance for conducting reviews: certification requirements, how to review, review timeframes, tools of review, annotations and reviewer’s notes
