OGE has created a new resource for ethics officials who have to counsel Special Government Employees (SGEs) or otherwise deal with the unique ethical issues posed by SGEs. This tool summarizes the ethics provisions that apply to two categories of SGEs in comparison to the provisions that apply to other executive branch employees (non-SGEs).
