President and Vice President
Public financial disclosure reports submitted by the President and Vice President may be accessed here. These reports can be downloaded without completing an OGE Form 201.
Levels 1 and 2 of the Executive Schedule
Public financial disclosure reports and ethics agreements submitted by appointees or nominees to positions for which the pay is set at Levels 1 and 2 of the Executive Schedule may be accessed here. These records can be downloaded without completing an OGE Form 201.
Other Public Financial Disclosure Reports Certified by OGE
Other public financial disclosure reports certified by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, as well as any applicable ethics agreements, may be requested here. You will then need to complete the automated OGE Form 201, "Request to Inspect or Receive Copies of Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Reports or Other Covered Records."
Certificates of Divestiture
Executive branch agencies or the Office of Government Ethics can direct an executive branch employee to sell, or otherwise divest, an asset in order to comply with a Federal conflict of interest statute, regulation, rule, or executive order. If selling the asset will result in a capital gain, certain persons may be eligible for a Certificate of Divestiture (CD) to offset the tax burden. Information on requesting copies of CDs, as well as a list of recent CDs that have been issued, may be accessed here.

Public financial disclosure reports submitted by candidates for the Office of President or Vice President may be requested here. You will then need to complete the automated OGE Form 201, "Request to Inspect or Receive Copies of Executive Branch Personnel Public Financial Disclosure Reports or Other Covered Records."
Certain Waivers and Authorizations issued between May 1, 2016 – April 30, 2017
On April 28, 2017, OGE issued a directive (PA-17-02) requiring agencies to submit information and records related to certain waivers and authorizations. This page provides an overview of agency responses and instructions for how to request responsive documents.
Executive Branch Agency Ethics Pledge Waivers
Executive Order 13770
(Jan. 28, 2017), which revoked and superseded Executive Order 13490
(Jan. 21, 2009), requires that every full-time political appointee sign an Ethics Pledge. Copies of the waivers granted pursuant to Executive Order 13770 are available here

. Ethics Agreement Compliance
A nominee/appointee must comply with all provisions of their ethics agreement within 90 days of Senate confirmation.They must also submit a signed Certification of Ethics Agreement Compliance (Certification) to OGE affirming that they have complied. Certifications can be requested along with an official’s other financial disclosure documents. OGE may grant an extension for compliance with specific provisions of an ethics agreement in cases of unusual hardship. If OGE grants an extension, a signed Certification must still be submitted after the general 90 day deadline affirming compliance with any provisions for which no extension was granted. Additional Certifications must be submitted upon compliance with the provision(s) for which an extension was granted. OGE will post to its website all Certifications received from a nominee/appointee. For purposes of full disclosure and transparency, if a Certification is found to be inaccurate after it has been posted, i.e., it is subsequently determined that necessary action has not been taken to comply with the ethics agreement, OGE will not delete the Certification. Questions regarding the inaccurate Certification will be referred to the appointee’s agency ethics officials.
