OGE FOIA Contact Information and FOIA Designations

The U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) has designated Diana J. Veilleux as its Chief Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Officer with overall responsibilities under Executive Order 13392 of December 14, 2005 on Improving Agency Disclosure of Information. OGE has also established thereunder a FOIA Requester Service Center Telephone Number, 202-482-9211 (TTY 800-877-8339), to answer any questions FOIA requesters have about the status of the processing of their requests. FOIA requesters may also check the status of their FOIA requests online: FOIA Request Status Information.

In addition, OGE FOIA Officer Rachel McRae (Tel. 202-482-9267) has been designated as the OGE FOIA Public Liaison, who can answer any concerns about OGE's FOIA Requester Service Center. Additionally, the OGE FOIA Public Liaison is available for assisting in reducing delays, increasing transparency and understanding of the status of requests, and assisting in the resolution of disputes.

OGE has also designated Assistant Counsel Jennifer Matis (Tel. 202-482-9216) as the Alternate FOIA Officer and Alternate Public Liaison for this Agency. FOIA requests should continue to be addressed in the first instance to Ms. McRae as OGE's FOIA Officer.
