Request an Individual's Ethics Documents (Online Form 201)

Instructions:

    1. Select an individual from the list.
    2. Select the documents (up to a maximum of 5) from the list and click “Add to Cart ”.

      Although email capacity limits the number of documents that you may request at one time to 5, there is no limit on the number of requests you may make.

      You should receive requested documents via email within 2 business days. After 2 days, you may email 201forms@oge.gov to check on the status of your request.


OGE is responsible for making available disclosures and related ethics documents for about 1,000 of the approximately 26,000 public filers in the executive branch. Also available from OGE are all certificates of divestitures issued to individuals in the executive branch.

If you are looking for the ethics documents of an individual who is NOT (1) Presidentially appointed and Senate-confirmed, (2) a Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate, (3) a senior official at the White House, or (4) a Designated Agency Ethics Official; you must submit a request to the agency that employs the individual.
